Marketing vs Transaction Coordinators

To ensure you receive the highest level of service and a seamless experience, we utilize a specialized team approach instead of a jack-of-all-trades approach. Our Marketing Coordinators focus on any services related to marketing and MLS entry. This includes detailed descriptions, captions, scheduling photography, and preparing marketing material to ensure your listing gets maximum exposure.

Our Transaction Coordinators focus on the more technical side of your listings and contracts to ensure all legal and deadlines are met. Almost all of our Transaction Coordinators have been in the business for over 20 years, all are licensed, and many have obtained their Broker’s license. Our coordinators work seamlessly together, and you can even order both marketing and transaction coordination services on the same order form. By having two professionals dedicated to these distinct areas, you get a superior, high-touch experience from listing to closing.

  • Listing Marketing Services

    Listing Marketing Services are offered by our Marketing Coordinators. These services include scheduling sign installation, arranging photography, creating print materials, MLS entry, etc.

  • Listing Coordination Services

    Listing Coordination services are offered by our Transaction Coordinators. These services include reviewing the listing agreement and all required disclosures, corresponding with you and your seller regarding listing paperwork and documents (survey, T-47, SDN, etc.).

  • Contract Services

    Contract services are offered by our Transaction Coordinators. These services include all your contract coordination needs whether it’s reviewing a contract for your Broker's compliance approval or full contract-to-close coordination.

  • Document Drafting and A La Carte Services

    Document Drafting services are offered by our Transaction Coordinators. These a la carte services include preparing and sending listing agreements, offers, amendments, buyer representation agreements, etc.

  1. Decide what what type of coordinator you are looking to hire: marketing coordinator, transaction coordination, or both.

  2. Submit a Contact Form to be assigned a coordinator familiar with your brokerage and platform. Or you can visit our Coordinators webpage and select one yourself. The Agent Intake Form in the next step will tell you which coordinators are taking on new clients.

  3. Once you know your coordinator(s) the onboarding process is very simple. Just submit an Agent Intake Form. Once submitted your coordinator(s) will be in contact with you within one business day to obtain any other needed information.

  4. Once you have been onboarded with a coordinator, you will submit new service requests using one of our Order Forms depending on the service needed (offer drafting, listing compliance, marketing, etc.). Order forms are required for all services, except Contract-to-Close.
