As an Independent Contractor, each coordinator is responsible for setting their own hours and invoicing process. Please check with your coordinator directly regarding availability, invoicing, and any additional services offered. Rush and After hours tasks require coordinator approval; please do not assume they are available. 

  • Listing Marketing/Coordination Order Form

    This form Is used to request both Listing Marketing Services from our Marketing Coordinators and/or Listing Coordination Services from our Transactions Coordinators.

  • Listing Agreement Packet Order Form

    This form is used to request drafting of TXR listing agreement, required addenda, and disclosures as identified by the Agent. It does not include property research.

  • Offer Drafting Order Form

    This form is used to request drafting a contract offer, required addenda, and disclosures as identified by the Agent. This service does not include property research.

  • Contract Coordination Order Form

    This form is used to request either Full Contract to Close (CTC) or Compliance Only Coordination once you have an executed contract. You may also email the executed contract and associated documents directly to your Transaction Coordinator in lieu of completing this order form.
