Nicole has been a licensed Realtor® since 2006, when she started her real estate career in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She quickly became a top producing agent in both sales and leasing. In 2014, she created and served as Department Head for the Leasing Division throughout the Gulf South. Seeking a better work/life balance she moved back to her home state of Texas and joined Realty Austin in 2016. Where she thrived as a Transaction Coordinator, before creating the Coordinate TX collective. She is an efficient, reliable, and detail-oriented professional helping clients navigate real estate with precision and care. In her down time, you can find her playing Pickleball, cornhole, landscaping, or spending time with her wife and beagle/boxer mix in Boerne, TX.

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Amy relocated to Austin in 2000 and spent two decades working as a senior paralegal helping immigrants achieve their American Dream. Her professional experience shows in her attention to detail and professional communication. She uses her passion for Austin and creative outlook on life to make your listings stand out above the rest. A San Diego native, Anastasia began her career in Real Estate in 2001. After 6 years in the California home market, she and her family decided to move to Austin. Anastasia knows the ins and outs of the real estate transaction from many perspectives through experience. She is a detail-oriented professional, who prides herself in expertly handling the closing details of each real estate transaction, assisting both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth closing process. Outside of work Anastasia’s time is filled with her family and friends. Her favorite activities include reading, entertaining, and traveling the world. To date, her favorite destinations prove to be Morocco and Ireland, but there are many more locations yet to be discovered.

Originally from Katy, Texas, Briana attended Houston Community College before starting her career in the Oil & Gas industry, where she worked in Marketing and developed the skills necessary to build a rewarding career in Real Estate. When the Oil & Gas market crashed, Briana took her passion for Marketing and shifted her focus to Real Estate, an industry that sparked her interest from an early age. She spent several years working as a Buyer's Agent and listing manager in Katy before joining the Realty Austin family. Dannielle Wallace is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly three decades of experience. A licensed broker, her passion for homes and design led her to obtain her real estate license in 1995, when she began in residential sales and continued for 18 years. In 2013, a career switch to transaction coordination proved a perfect fit to fully utilize her organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Dannielle has spent hundreds of hours volunteering since she was a teenager, and takes pride in the small difference she may have made in the lives of numerous adults, children, and animals. A passionate animal lover, she lives with her two Yorkshire Terriers and four cats.

She went on to write marketing copy and, eventually, manage all the ins and outs of a thriving real estate brokerage. The lessons Emily learned while in real estate sales and her time working as an executive assistant prepared her for her role as a transaction coordinator. She prides herself on her professional, accurate, and warm style. Emily spends as much time in nature with her dog, Charlie Blue, as she can.
