About
Coordinate TX began with a group of highly experienced coordinators that were exclusive to one brokerage. When the company merged with a large national brokerage and change felt inevitable, several coordinators chose to come together as a collective. As a collective our common goal is simple: Provide efficient and professional coordination services to Realtors® and their clients throughout Texas.
Overview of Services
There are two types of coordinators at Coordinate TX: Marketing Coordinator and Transaction Coordinator. Anything related to marketing and MLS entry, you will contact the Marketing Coordinator. All other services, whether it is listing coordination, contract coordination, or document drafting services you will contact the Transaction Coordinator. As an Independent Contractor, each coordinator is responsible for their own invoicing process. Additional services may also be offered. Please check with your coordinator directly for their order forms, invoicing process/timeline, and any additional services offered.

We are a collective of coordinators who are all Independent Contractors. Our coordinators are licensed, however it's up to each Agent to adhere to national and state laws and implement all rules and requirements issued by their individual Brokerage. Our coordinators do not act as Brokers, and are not held liable for the Agents actions. Agents who enlist services from a coordinator understand that we will act solely in support and will not lead, negotiate, or decide which terms will apply. You as the Realtor® will still be your client's primary contact and will be solely responsible for all agreements made by parties of the transaction. All Agents must have Errors & Omissions Insurance for any listing or transaction in which a Coordinator TX coordinator is hired.
