Listing Coordination Services
All listing coordination services are performed by our Transaction Coordinators (TC). Please contact your TC directly for additional services and the pricing password.

Full Listing Coordination
These services can be used for residential sales, commercial sales, farm/ranch, and lot/land listings. This service does not include MLS entry or marketing, but those service can be ordered from our Marketing Coordinators.
Review of listing agreement for completeness and accuracy.
Provide a summary of questions and concerns to the Agent.
Pull the CAD record, confirm legal description and taxing jurisdictions. Identify and obtain required notices (PID, WCID, MUD, LBPA, etc.). Get notices signed and added to file for addition to MLS.
Send listing amendments and follow up as needed.
Send other required forms for signatures.
Create and enter listing transaction into the brokerage tracking system/software.
Save listing documentation in a central location (i.e., Drive).
Introduction Email to seller(s) requesting survey and T-47 (will include a blank affidavit), SDN, and any other documentation needed.
Send SDN to seller(s) to complete and sign. If you use Seller Shield, please provide access information. Add SDN to file for addition to MLS.
Order seller’s home warranty and pre-inspection, if requested.
Add photography date and MLS live date to Agent’s calendar via Google Calendar invitation.
Email seller(s) with date/time of photo shoot. It is up to the Agent or MC to arrange the appointment.
Look up City of Austin ECAD status and update seller(s) if an inspection is required.
Submit listing documentation to brokerage compliance as instructed by the Agent.

Compliance Only for Sales and Leases
This service does not include any client communication, MLS entries, or amendment preparation. The Agent is responsible for obtaining all corrections and updates to MLS.
Review of listing agreement for completeness and ask for clarification as needed. TC will provide a summary of questions and concerns to the Agent.
Pull the CAD record, confirm legal description and taxing jurisdictions. Identify and obtain required notices (PID, WCID, MUD, LBPA, etc.). It is up to the Agent to get the identified notices signed and uploaded to MLS.
Agent completes all necessary corrections and returns all updated documents to TC.
Create and enter listing transaction into the brokerage tracking system/software.
Save listing documentation in a central location (i.e., Drive).
Submit listing documentation to brokerage compliance as instructed by the Agent.
