Listing Marketing Services

All marketing services are performed by our Marketing Coordinators (MC). Please contact your MC directly for additional services and the pricing password.

  • Full Marketing

    Agents submit listing orders when the preferred MLS date is 1–2 weeks out. An MLS proof is provided for the Agent’s review approximately one day before the listing is made active. It is imperative that the Agent review these proofs to ensure everything is accurate.

    Make Ready:

    • Schedule sign installation if using a sign service like Sign Otter

    • Schedule photography services

    • Create Propy listing (optional)

    • Set up showing service

    • Set up Pro-Agent feedback services

    Listing Activation:

    • Enter Listing in MLS

    • Prepare MLS description

    • Upload and arrange photos and write descriptive captions

    • Upload any provided attachments (such as SDN, LBPA, Survey, T-47, etc.)

    • Link to Supra website

    • Update price changes for the duration of the listing

    Marketing:

    • Enhance Virtual Tour with home details

    • Schedule home on the first available area tour when specified

    • Set up Pro Agent Solutions or ShowingTime for automated feedback

    • Email marketing update to inform Agent of marketing efforts – include website links

    • Post initial Open House dates and times in MLS (add-on available for additional postings)

  • Off Market/Pocket Listing Marketing

    This service is essentially Full Marketing without the MLS Entry. This can be used for a listing entry into your Broker’s pocket listing platform or another similar service like Austin Luxury Network.

    Make Ready:

    • Schedule sign installation if using a sign service like Sign Otter

    • Schedule photography services

    Listing Activation:

    • Enter into Broker’s pocket listing platform

    • Complete features

    • Prepare listing description

    • Upload and arrange photos (does not include captions)

    • Update price changes for the duration of the listing

    Marketing:

    • Enhance Virtual Tour with home details

    • Email marketing update to inform them of marketing efforts – include website links

  • Lease Listing Services

    The following add-ons are only available when ordered in addition to one of the listing marketing services listed on this page. The marketing material fees are for the preparation and coordination of delivery. These fees do not include the vendor fees for printing and shipping.

    • Full MLS Entry (after pocket listing)

    • Aditional MLS Entry

    • Austin Luxury Network Entry/Top Agent Network Entry/Additional Website Entry

    • Brochure

    • Postcards (Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, etc.)

    • Flyers

    • Caption All Photos (new/swapped photos)

    • Seller Report (Listing Activity Flyer)

    The services below are already included in the Full Marketing Package.

    • Sign Service Coordination (ex. Sign Otter)

    • ShowingTime Set Up or Edits

  • Other Fees

    Rush Fees

    • Rush fees will apply to all listing services including preparation of marketing material.

    • Rush fees will apply to the MLS proof delivery date, not the live date.

    • Photos must be received at least 48 hours prior to your Active date otherwise it will be considered a rush order. Photos published over the weekend or after business hours will be considered received the next business day. If the agent is using their own photos, they must be sent to the Listing Coordinator in JPG format, and each photo must be no greater than 5 MB. MCs do not resize or reformat photos.


    After Hours/Weekend/Holiday Fee

    • Please check with your coordinator regarding their normal business hours.

    • Any requests from the Agent to prepare and send a document outside of the coordinator’s normal business hours will be charged this fee. Otherwise, the request will wait until the next business day to be addressed.

    • After hours tasks require coordinator approval; please do not assume they are available.
